• Full advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: reservations@deira.com.sa
• 100% Refund: For cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the scheduled tour date.
• 50% Refund: For cancellations made between 5 and 14 days prior to the scheduled tour date.
• Non-Refundable: For cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the scheduled tour date.
• Note: All approved refunds will be processed within 10 to 14 business days.
